Job Position – Documentation & Visual Specialist
Company Name – City Exchange
Location: Dubai
Reporting To: Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in customer due diligence (KYC) checks and prepare document packages including contracts and invoices.
– Preparation of various reports, analytics, and presentations.
– Design simple graphics, charts, and visuals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
– Ensure proper record keeping and document retention according to regulatory requirements.
– Provide professional support to customers for routine inquiries.
– Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex matters.
– Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
– 1–3 years of experience in banking, exchange house, or financial services (preferred).
– Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and remittance operations.
– Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment.
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
