– Estimation and analysis of quantities as per cad drawing- bill of quantity.
– Review and analyze drawings, specifications and drawing details required for carpeting given by clients.
– Preparation of auto cad layouts – seaming plans, carpet layout, roll plans for approval, production and installation.
– Coordinates with the installation team for the plans and project execution.
– Prepares carpet production layout and coordinates with the design team for final roll plan.
– Site inspection before and after carpet installation.
– Attends client meeting with the sales person if required and requested.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
