Job Position – Draftsman
Company Name –
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Design drawings with AutoCAD developing Structural & Architectural details for Hard Landscaping
– Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software
– Develop layout and detail drawings for landscaping projects
– Create plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings
– Incorporate survey data, topographic maps, and geospatial information into base drawings
– Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, and other disciplines
– Make sure all drawings follow project standards and local regulations
– Preparing RFI with details from site
– Preparing detailed drawings for monthly payments
– Developing As-built drawings as per site condition
