Job Position – Duty Manager
Company Name – Raviz Center Point Hotel
Location: Raviz Center Point Hotel, Dubai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Higher Secondary Education or Higher
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
-Oversee front desk and guest services during assigned shifts
-Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
-Ensure hotel policies, safety, and security protocols are followed
-Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (India or UAE preferred)
-Strong communication in English & Hindi
-Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-Professional appearance and approach
-Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
-Flexible with shift timings, including weekends and holidays
