What we’re looking for:
Currently based in the UAE
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets and support store performance
Passion for modest fashion and the ability to confidently assist customers with abaya styling and product selection
Quick learner with a strong interest in product knowledge and continuous development
Experience in abaya retail, fashion, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Arabic speaker (English and additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an advantage)
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver a personalized shopping experience
