What do we expect from you?

You will be responsible for supporting regional e-business strategies and operations, including order & stock management, e-merchandising, performance analysis, and user experience functions.

You will ensure the day to day follow-up of all online & phone orders from beginning to end and make sure all escalations from our customer service team are resolved in a timely manner.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Retail& Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order delivery/click & collect and address any delivery issues, delays and support needed.

You will monitor assortment, stock transfers and liaise with supply chain for manual stock updates upon request.

You are the contact point for our Call center team and for our operational partners such as the Retail, Logistics, Finance & Fraud teams.

You will organize and follow up on exceptional orders and delivery services, monitor the completion of all Refunds and Returns and liaise with payment gateway and Finance teams to address any operational issues.

You will create accurate and timely weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of sales KPI’s and assess CRC ambassadors individual performances.

You will ensure stable e-commerce functionalities on website in all the operational processes.

You will contribute to the new e-business and omnichannel projects implementation across the region, including new markets site launches and roll-out of additional features and site enhancements.

You will propose adjustments to improve user experience and help improve conversion rate, support test integration of new functionalities and deployment of fixes and share local e-commerce, CRC, and omnichannel initiatives and digital trends with HQ.

You will coordinate activities of the e-boutique with other departments, train and liaise with CRC ambassadors, and monitor their performance.

You will develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with cross-functional groups to enhance objectives achievement.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
