Job Position – E-commerce Trainer

Location: Deira, Port Saeed, Dubai
Salary: Attractive package
Timings: 9 hours/day, 5.5 days/week
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Trainer in E-commerce! You must have hands-on experience in Amazon, Noon, and Shopify platforms, and a passion for mentoring aspiring sellers. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement effective and up-to-date training programs.
– Lead and manage a team of trainers.
– Ensure all course content remains relevant, engaging, and results-oriented.
– Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance training delivery.
– Achieve and maintain a 50%+ success rate in student outcomes (sales, testimonials, etc.)
– Collaborate with Support and Sales teams for seamless student onboarding.
– Submit monthly training reports, track trainer and student performance metrics.
– Oversee the creation of video trainings, webinars, and recorded sessions.
– Enforce discipline, punctuality, and uphold high training standards.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of experience in:
– E-commerce training (Amazon, Noon, Shopify)
– Education management skills
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
