Job Position – EHS Officer & Admin Assistant
Company Name – Gravity Hotels
-Candidate must have experience in HOSPITALITY / CATERING INDUSTRIES with at least 2 yrs.
-Maintaining the EHS,HACCP & SOP Standards.
-Conducting HACCP Employee training class to standardize personnel hygiene, GMP, SOP & FOOD
-Supervise the Kitchen Safety Supervise & monitoring on the production floor and ensuring the safety, hygiene & housekeeping in the production unit.
-Establishing cleaning program and schedule. Perform effective SANITATION CONTROL PROGRAME.
-Responsible for overall Safety & Environment matters in related issues within company premise; risk management and food safety.
-Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs.
-Reports hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any EHS concerns to General Manager.
-Carry out daily safety checks, notify immediately risk hazardous, give recommendations to correct it.
-Maintain, develop, perform and measure results of training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety.
-Follow up on quality criteria, checking method, reply and respond to internal & external audits and inspections.
-To ensure all activities relating to safety and the environment in the company work well and avoid risk of labour accident during working.
-Ensure that all Company EHS policies and practices are proactively implemented and supported
-Ideal candidate must be have Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in hotels should be available in UAE.
