Job Position – Reservation Agent

Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
-Previous experience in a similar reservations role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong customer service orientation
-Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory
-Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and room inventory management
-Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online channels
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
