Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Previous experience in a similar reservations role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory
Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and room inventory management
Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online channels
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
