Job Position – ELV Engineer
Company Name – Asgc Group
For a leading MEP Engineering Company in UAE
Qualifications:
-Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentations or similar
-Minimum 10 Years’ experience, preferably working with MEP Contractors in UAE
-Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, strong synergy and a customer focused approach.
-Professional verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of the stakeholders and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
-To design and implement electronic systems, such as Structured cabling, Active network, CCTV, Access control system, Audio Visual system, Background Music system, Digital signage system, Fire alarm and Voice evacuation, Central Battery system, lighting control system.
-Obtain and implement the requirements in all contract documents including, but not limited to bid drawings and specifications, contract, project workbook, subcontractor scopes of work, and construction schedule.
-Preferred SIRA certified, ICT Certified, and fully abreast of ADMCC, ADCD regulation.
-Maintain Ability to manage a team of engineers and specialist subcontractors.
-Conduct progress meetings and monitor planned vs actual progress.
-Should have good subcontractor management skills.
-Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirement and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well founded.
-Participate in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering works.
