Job Position – ELV & ICT Project Engineers

To plan, configure, implement, test and hand over ICT and IT network systems across multiple projects. The role is responsible for network switching and routing, enterprise wireless, network security and IP telephony solutions, while coordinating site teams, clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments to complete each project in accordance with the approved design, specifications, programme and quality requirements.
1. Prepare project configuration plans, network topology, IP addressing schemes, VLAN schedules, port schedules, resource plans and implementation sequences for multiple concurrent projects.
2.Program, configure, implement, integrate and troubleshoot network switches and routers from Cisco, Huawei, HPE/Aruba and other approved manufacturers.
3.Program, configure, implement and optimise enterprise wireless systems, including controllers, access points, SSIDs, authentication, roaming, channel planning and integration with wired networks.
4.Program, configure, implement and troubleshoot network security systems, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower and other approved firewalls, covering policies, NAT, VPN, high availability, routing, segmentation and security services.
5. Configure and implement IP telephony and collaboration systems where included in the project scope, including call control, gateways, extensions, dial plans and network integration.

Minimum Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/ network engineering/Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering from a recognised University.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT/ICT-ELV project implementation, configuration, testing and handover.
-CCNA certification is required. CCNP, Huawei, HPE/Aruba, Fortinet or Palo Alto certifications are preferred.
-Hands-on experience with multi-vendor switching and routing solutions, including Cisco, Huawei and HPE/Aruba.
-Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless controllers and access points, network security firewalls, VPN, high availability and network segmentation, good experience in the low current systems CCTV, SCS, ACS, IPTV, Digital signage switches config, ELV servers config, AV related switches config and related ICT equipment’s config.
-Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, NAT, QoS and wireless networking.
-Ability to prepare network drawings, IP and VLAN schedules, configuration records, testing reports, as-built documents.
-Knowledge of project planning, timely execution, site-team supervision and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
-Strong troubleshooting, presentation and communication skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
