Preferred with FMCG Experience or Manufacturing
1) Van Salesman
Requirements:
• Mandatory FMCG van sales experience
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License
• Good knowledge of local markets and routes
• Strong sales and customer service skills
2) Helper
Requirements:
• Experience in FMCG/warehouse/operations
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Assist in loading, unloading, and delivery operations
3) Area Development Representative (ADR)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage assigned sales territory to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers/outlets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• FMCG field sales experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
4) Forklift Operator
Responsibilities:
• Load and offload sales trucks and trailers
• Arrange finished goods systematically in the warehouse
• Check fuel level (diesel) and battery water level (electric forklifts)
• Ensure the machine is clean and free from dust/plastic
• Report warning alarms and maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Coordinate periodic servicing, tyre checks, and maintenance
