Job Position – Employee Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1- Handle employee relations cases, grievances, and investigations
2- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
3- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
4- Advise management on employee relations matters
5- Maintain accurate employee relations documentation
6- Manage staff accommodation control, including room allocation and capacity tracking
7- Conduct regular accommodation check-ups and inspections
8- Coordinate employee accommodation assignment and movements
Requirements:
1- Experience in employee relations or HR operations
2- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices
3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
