Job Position – End User Support Engineer

Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
To join its IT Operations team supporting 20 hospitals and clinics and more than 9,000 users.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues
-Install and configure Windows OS, enterprise applications, printers, scanners, and other IT systems
-Perform system imaging, operating system installation, and PC deployment
-Diagnose and repair hardware issues and coordinate vendor warranty support
-Support Active Directory user management, MFA, and endpoint security
-Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
-Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM tools within SLA
-Provide onsite support across hospitals and clinics during 24/7 rotational shifts
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
-3–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Support, IT Helpdesk, or IT Infrastructure
-Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
-Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and ITSM tools
-Experience supporting Windows environments, networking, enterprise applications, and peripheral devices
-MCSE, MCITP, and/or ITIL certifications will be an advantage
-Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and support multiple locations
