Job Position – EPC Project Manager

For our Abu Dhabi office

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the multidiscipline ADNOC EPC project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes and teams.
2. Manage all aspects of an integrated ‘’in-house’’ EPC project management, detail engineering and construction management teams.
3. Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
4. Identify project management and engineering management resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
5. Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the EPC project.
6. Manage day-to-day operational and financial aspects of a project and scope.
7. Determines appropriate revenue recognition & cash flow, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
8. Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
9. Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget and report to higher management.
10. Responsible for the project’s commitment to ADNOC QHSE standards.

Qualification & Experience:
1. BE in Mechanical/ Process Engineering from a reputable institution.
2. EPC Experience: Minimum 20 years in the Oil & Gas Industry with at least 10 years at senior level with proven  experience of handling large scale medium to largescale EPC Projects.
3. Must have ADNOC EPC project experience as PM.
