Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Location: ADMAC Head Office, Abu Dhabi
Reports To: Estimation Manager
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Support the Estimation Manager in preparing estimates, BOQs, tenders, and commercial proposals for sewerage and infrastructure projects.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material and manpower cost estimates.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in tender clarifications, cost comparisons, and final tender submissions.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams.
Maintain estimation databases and cost records.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Estimation / Quantity Surveying (QS).
UAE experience is preferred.
Experience in sewerage, drainage, infrastructure, or underground utility projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
