Job Position – Estimator
Company Name – One Rx
With strong experience in Interior Fit-Out projects to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
-Conduct site visits for measurements and technical clarification
-Evaluate project costs including civil, joinery, and MEP works
-Support value engineering and cost control initiatives
Requirements:
-3–6 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation
-Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery works
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory)
-Ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
