Job Position – Estimator
Company Name – Kabri International
Hiring a skilled and detail-oriented to join our team in Dubai.
Experience: Maximum 5 years in GCC – Landscaping
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for infrastructure and utilities projects, including roads, drainage, and wet utilities.
Analyse project specifications, tender documents, and BOQs to determine scope and cost drivers.
Coordinate with procurement, planning, and site teams to collect competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit competitive bids, variations, and cost reports in line with project deadlines and client requirements.
Maintain a database of historical cost data and market rates for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Maximum of 5 years of experience in the GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects.
Strong knowledge of estimating software and MS Excel.
Familiarity with authority regulations and standard construction methodologies in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
