Job Position – EUC / Desk Side Support Engineer (Hands & Feet)

Shift: Rotational 24×7 | On?call support

Experience: 5+ years in EUC / Desk Side Support

Salary: 6k-8k AED

Looking for a highly skilled EUC / Desk Side Support Engineer to join our team and provide hands?on technical support across end?user environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, customer focus, and the ability to work in fast?paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities
– Handle daily tickets and operational support tasks
– Resolve production issues within defined SLAs
– Provide hands?on support (phone, chat, desk?side, kiosk)
– Support existing and future infrastructure requirements
– Create SOPs, documentation, and train team members
– Participate in new infrastructure projects
– Work in rotational 24×7 shifts and on?call support
– Coordinate with vendors and core infrastructure teams

Must?Have Technical Skills
– 5+ years of EUC / Desk Side Support experience
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Ability to configure & troubleshoot business applications
– Solid understanding of Microsoft user?based products
– Knowledge of network security systems & software
– Understanding of IP telephony systems
– User access management (AD, permissions, policies)
– Troubleshooting alerts & system issues
– LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN
– Configure/troubleshoot printers, scanners, NICs, memory, peripherals
– Endpoint testing & Antivirus endpoint protection
