Job Position – Executive Secretariat Manager
Company Name – General Petroleum
Location: Sharjah – Dubai
Department: Executive Offices
You will manage and coordinate all activities related to the Executive Offices. You will ensure effective communication, scheduling, and documentation for executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Executive Secretariat.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and communications for senior management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of all executive information.
Supervise administrative support staff in the Executive Offices.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in executive support or office management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
English (mandatory), additional languages will be preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and executive reporting tools.
