Job Position – Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

-Master in business administration, Management, or a related field.

-Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting top-level executives.

-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Location : Sharjah, UAE
