Job Position – Executive Secretary / Assistant

To support senior management in a consulting and audit firm. The ideal candidate will handle executive administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential documents related to audits and consulting projects
Coordinate meetings with clients, auditors, and consultants
Manage emails, phone calls, and official communications
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Support senior partners and managers with administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant (experience in audit/consulting firms is a strong advantage)
Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
