Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee upkeep and maintenance of facilities
-Advise on energy efficiency and sustainability
-Manage services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and catering
-Handle budgets and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
-Ensure building security and manage systems, including IT and equipment
-Lead staff to achieve maximum efficiency
-Maintain records and produce performance reports
