Job Position – Facilities Supervisor

Job Purpose: Civils, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the renovation and maintenance of our buildings and facilities are carried out efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various assignments and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Qualifications: We require candidates with a Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience with FM companies in GCC is essential.
– Your role involves providing continuous site supervision and maintaining a superior quality of work.
– You’ll be the key point of contact, liaising with customer representatives to address and resolve their concerns.
– Supervise and control day-to-day functions, ensuring effective deployment and utilization of manpower and machinery.
– Monitor the CAFM system daily, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
– Conduct regular site inspections to assess the operation and condition of assets, reporting and reviewing issues with your line manager regularly.
– Prepare incident reports and conduct root cause analysis.
– Generate site survey reports and purchase requisitions.
– Oversee and monitor the installation and testing processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and design guidelines.
– Exercise control over the use of consumables and tools to achieve maximum efficiency.
– Regulate inventory and always maintain critical/fast-moving spares.
– Keep an updated asset register and maintain a lifecycle/condition survey report.
– Verify preventive/corrective maintenance service reports from in-house or subcontractors.
– Provide support for any after-hours building needs and activities as required.
– Review work permits and related documents, issue them to QHSE for endorsement, and share them with customers once approved. Close the permits once the job is completed.
