Job Position – Facility Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Compensation: QAR 8,000- QAR 10,000/month (all-inclusive)

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Hiring a Facility Engineer to keep our assets running efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Leading preventive maintenance, upgrades, and compliance while driving energy savings.

What you’ll do:
– Own PM programs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing & life-safety
– Deliver renovations/upgrades on time & on budget
– Track energy/water/fuel and implement cost-saving measures
– Ensure HSE & code compliance; keep CMMS/BMS records tight
– Manage vendors/contractors and report performance & budgets

What you bring:
– Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Eng. (or FM)
– 5 to 8+ yrs in facilities/maintenance/projects (commercial/industrial)
– Working knowledge of CAD/BIM, CMMS/CAFM, BMS
– Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and communication

Nice-to-have: CFM/LEED/PMP, smart-building/IoT, predictive maintenance
