Job Position – Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Manage hard & soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
– Lead facility teams and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
– Oversee preventive maintenance, HSE compliance, and operational improvements.
– Manage budgets and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or Engineering.
– Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience in a managerial role.
– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Knowledge of HSE regulations, FM best practices, and reporting tools.
