Location: Riyadh and Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Must have a transferrable Iqama.
-Fluency in English is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Commis 1, 2, and 3:
· Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the chef.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Learn and grow culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
DCDP (Demie Chef de Partie):
· Support the Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking.
· Supervise the Commis team and ensure quality standards are met.
· Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
CDP (Chef de Partie):
· Lead a section of the kitchen, overseeing Commis and Demie Chef de Partie.
· Contribute to menu development and create new dishes.
· Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
