Job Position – Field Service Engineer
Company Name – Quantum Talent Group
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Duration: 12-month extendable contract
To join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for an IT support professional with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in hardware and software support.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide desk-side and remote support for escalated incidents and service requests.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and office equipment.
-Support installations, upgrades, de-installs, and repair activities on end-user devices.
-Assist in implementing approved infrastructure changes onsite and act as an extension of network, application, and system admin teams.
-Perform basic network support, including patch cable replacements.
-Conduct inventory audits and update asset tracking systems.
Requirements
-Proven experience in IT field services, desktop support, or technical support roles.
-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
-Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Willingness to provide both remote and onsite support.
