Job Position – Field Technicians / Consumer Management Technicians
Location: UAE
Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: Telecommunications / Networking.
Key Responsibilities
-Install and maintain FTTH/GPON, ONTs, routers and network equipment
-Handle customer service fulfilment and fault-related requests
-Perform fault isolation and service restoration
-Attend customer premises within assigned appointment slots
-Coordinate with technical support teams when required
-Update all field activities and job status in the PDA
-Ensure accurate reporting and completion of assigned jobs
-Maintain professional and courteous customer service
-Follow all required health, safety and quality standards.
Requirements
-1–3 years of hands-on experience in Computer Networking / GPON / FTTH field operations
-Experience with access and distribution networks and customer premises
-Ability to independently handle technical faults
-High School Certificate – minimum requirement
-Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Networking preferred
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
-Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade technical skills
