Finance Analyst

A highly analytical/technical mid-level finance technical resource with experience advance excel and VBA automation, Business Intelligence dashboards, development, and reporting tools preferably in healthcare finance processes.

Reporting to the Manager – Finance Excellence, the role will be responsible working on corporate finance transformation and finance excellence projects to automate processes, develop dashboards, data analysis to support decision making process. Partner with all core finance functions and IT to work on improvement initiatives across the organization resulting in process simplification, standardization, improved efficiencies, cost effectiveness and enhanced controls

Education and Certification

• Commerce/IT graduate
• PGD Business Analytics / MTech / BTech
• Certified in Business Intelligence/Automation Tools of Microsoft/Oracle/Advance Excel Certified.

 

Experience

• 8 years’ experience, 5 years of relevant experience in analysis working within the finance process automation/transformation environment, preferable in healthcare industry.
• Must be proficient with advance excel, expert in VBA, Oracle BI tools, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power Query, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense and Qlik View.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Must have experience on finance automation projects.
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion implementation experience is mandatory.
• Experience of delivering 2 ERP implementation projects
