Job Position – Procurement Officer

Reports to: Group Procurement Manager
Hiring for a detail-oriented to support operations by sourcing materials and services at the most competitive prices from local and overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requests and obtain competitive quotations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure supplier compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor database.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Organized, disciplined, and a team player.
Minimum five (5) years in procurement of manufacturing especially construction
