As we continue expanding, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support our growth and strengthen our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead day-to-day finance operations (AP/AR, GL, cash flow, treasury).
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
– Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze variances and trends.
– Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
– Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial policies.
– Support pricing analysis, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
– Partner with management on strategic financial planning and business decisions.
– Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and external partners.
– Oversee ERP/finance system enhancements and data accuracy.
Qualifications
– Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
– 8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership.
– Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and taxation.
– Experience in healthcare/medical devices/pharma is an advantage.
– Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; strong analytical mindset.
– Excellent communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
