Job Position – Finance Manager
Company Name – Kandas Group
Location: Dubai Industrial City
With strong expertise in costing, project financial control, and production cost monitoring. The ideal candidate will lead a finance team, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budget adherence, and profitability analysis across our interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems for projects and production.
2. Review project BOQs, budgets, and timelines to ensure cost efficiency.
3. Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs, identifying potential overruns early.
4. Work closely with the project, production, and procurement teams to align financial plans with operational realities.
5. Prepare cost variance reports and recommend corrective measures.
6. Oversee monthly financial reviews and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high accuracy in reporting.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
b) Minimum 7+ years’ experience in costing and financial control within construction, interiors, or manufacturing.
c) Proven track record in project cost monitoring and cost reduction strategies.
d) Strong leadership and communication skills.
e) Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
