-5+ years of finance experience
-Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
-UAE Tax knowledge & compliance
-Process Controls & Improvement
-Digital Transformation expertise
-Professional qualification: MBA / ACCA / CA / CPA
-Leadership & Team Management skills
-Retail/Beauty/FMCG background preferred
