Job Position – Financial Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Finance with real estate background preferred
Job Responsibilities:
-Analyze financial data related to real-estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
-Evaluate project performance and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Develop financial models and simulations to support project planning and decision-making.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.
-Support the development of project finance strategies and initiatives to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
Note: Candidate should be in UAE and must have real estate or construction experience.
