Job Position – Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst

On the lookout for a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Dubai. Experience: 3–7 years in FP&A, business analysis, or financial reporting
Preferred Industries: Equipment Rental, Heavy Logistics, Generator Rentals, or similar
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing budgets and rolling forecasts for business units
– Analyse financial performance: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
– Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis
– Build and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI
– Partner with operations to support pricing, cost analysis, and profitability tracking
– Manage large datasets from ERP systems and perform ad-hoc analysis
– Support feasibility studies and strategic decision-making models
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (CA/ACCA/CFA or MBA preferred)
– Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
– Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
– Solid understanding of financial concepts and performance metrics
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders
– Exposure to asset-heavy industries is a plus
Compensation:
– AED 15,000 – 18,000/month (based on experience & designation)
– Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
