Job Position – Fleet Coordinator

As a Fleet Co-ordinator at Elite Arrive Limousine, you will play a central role in managing our company’s vehicles and drivers. And also, you will be responsible for staying ahead of industry trends and learn what our competitors are doing new in the market.
Objectives of this Role:
•Strong Background in fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance and related fields.
•Must have reliable contacts in the industry from which the business can grow. So, candidate must know how to grow this business.
•Procurement of fleets as well as limousine drivers.
•Familiarity with Port Operations.
•Ability to maintain database of drivers as well as RTA Card Registration process for Limousine drivers.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years experience in the limousine industry.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and. organizational skills.
•Must know Email Etiquettes for promptly responding to inquiries.
•Understanding the Costs of Various Different Fleets which are approved by the RTA for limousine business.
•Must know the End to End process of Car Registration with RTA.
•Familiarity with software used in the limousine industry.
•Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with proficiency in English speaking and writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Must have own Visa with NOC.
