Job Position – FM Administrator
Company Name – Berkeley Services
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing circulars, raising purchase requests on the ERP system, preparing detailed reports for sites, conducting quality-based audits/ inspections, reviewing and approving permit to work documents issued by contractors, and maitaining records of maintenance.
Skills & Experience
– Minimum of 3-5 years experience within FM or any similar industry
– Working knowledge in software-based FM like CAFM, Oracle, etc.
– Working knowledge in presentation and reporting tools
– Excellent analytical and data collection abilities
– Valid UAE driving license
