Job Position – Front Desk & Admin Assistant

With a strong hospitality mindset and good computer skills to manage front office and support daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist guests with a high standard of hospitality
-Serve refreshments to visitors when required and ensure pantry readiness
-Manage front desk activities including calls, emails, and visitor logs
-Maintain a neat and professional reception area
-Handle basic administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
-Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, pantry items, and services
-Support internal teams with day-to-day admin coordination
Requirements:
-Strong customer service and hospitality orientation
-Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to handle emails, basic reports, and data entry
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Presentable, polite, and professional approach
-Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or admin roles is an advantage
