Job Position – Front Desk Admin cum Branding & Social Media Coordinator

Hiring for a dynamic, well-presented, and creative Front Desk Admin who can efficiently manage front office operations while also supporting company branding and social media activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, administrative capabilities, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
-Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
-Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
-Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
-Handle office documentation and filing
-Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
-Manage emails, inquiries, and office correspondence
-Support HR and management with administrative coordination
-Maintain office supplies and inventory

Branding & Social Media Responsibilities

-Assist in managing company social media platforms
-Create and upload basic posts, job updates, and company activities
-Coordinate branding materials and promotional content
-Support LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media engagement
-Maintain company profile updates and online presence
-Coordinate with the marketing team for branding activities

-Required Skills & Qualifications

-Fluent in Hindi and English
-Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk/Admin role
-Basic knowledge of social media handling and branding activities
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Presentable personality with professional attitude
-Basic designing knowledge (Canva or similar tools) will be an advantage
