Job Position – Front Desk Receptionist
Company Name – Hrm Finder
You will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of main entrance for Co-working spaces and Serviced Offices. The ideal candidate must have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information to clients who are looking to lease our spaces. A customer-oriented approach is essential, as the goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
The optimal candidate will have front desk/guest relation experience in the hospitality/aviation industry and be a native Arabic speaker to better communicate with our clients.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
– Handle all telephone inquiries and redirect them appropriately.
– Liaison and build relationships with regular and repeat guests.
– Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
– Manage online and phone reservations.
– Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
– Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Job Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience in Hospitality/Airlines Industry.
– Must have experience in a 4-Star/5-Star hotel in UAE.
– Exposure in CRM and good written communication & E-Mail drafting skills.
– Well-presented and professional appearance.
– Competency in computer skills.
– Working Days: Monday – Friday and Alternative Saturdays.
