Job Position – Front Office Supervisor
Company Name – Gulf Hotel
To join team and ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily front office operations and assist team members when needed
– Handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and payment processes
– Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly
– Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell Service, and other departments
– Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting
– Train, coach, and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding service
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous supervisory/front office experience in hospitality (Marriott experience is a strong advantage)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., OPERA) is an advantage
-Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach
-Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
