Job Position – General Foreman

Experience: 8 – 10 years in UAE – Infrastructure, Utilities & Steel Structure Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day site activities across infrastructure, utilities and steel structure projects.
Supervise site crews, subcontractors and equipment to ensure efficient execution of works.
Establish and maintain work sequences, daily targets and site coordination with survey and engineering teams.
Supervise and mentor site staff, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients on all site-related matters.
Verify subcontractor works, materials and quantities, and resolve any technical discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
8 – 10 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in infrastructure, utilities and steel structure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, reading drawings and quantity calculations.
