Job Position – General Manager

Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee daily operations and the overall business performance of the center in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in clinic services, driving revenue growth, and managing a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the aesthetics industry, a strong sales background, and proven success in managing healthcare or aesthetics operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industries.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• In-depth understanding of the hair transplant and aesthetic services market in Dubai.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and team performance.
Key Skills:
• Strong operational and team management skills.
• Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution.
• Knowledge of current aesthetic trends and hair transplant procedures.
• Excellent financial management and business development capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
