Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong 3D rendering and visualisation skills – mandatory.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D design tools.
Ability to create high-quality marketing and promotional materials.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Development will be an advantage.
