Job Position – Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
1) Design and Development: Create compelling visual content for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital and print media, presentations, and website graphics.
2) Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with JMJ Group Holding’s brand guidelines and uphold the company’s prestigious image.
3) Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design work.
4) Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
5) Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies to enhance our visual content.
6) Feedback and Revision: Accept feedback and make necessary revisions to deliver the best possible designs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or luxury sector.
Skills:
1) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2) Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5) Strong time management skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
6) Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
