Job Position – Group Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 10+ years in finance & accounting, with 3–5 years in a managerial role
Preferred Industries: Equipment Rental, Heavy Logistics, Energy Solutions, or similar
Key Responsibilities
-Lead finance & accounting operations across the Group, including KSA, jointly with Sr. Group Finance Manager
-Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and local regulations
-Oversee group-wide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
-Manage audits, tax filings, and intercompany transactions
-Implement and monitor internal controls and process improvements
-Manage treasury, working capital, and cash flow optimization
-Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple geographies
What We’re Looking For
-Qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA (MBA Finance is an advantage)
-Strong technical expertise in IFRS, corporate tax, and VAT
-Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
-Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities
