1) Operations Head (Arabic)
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
– 7+ years of relevant experience in operations within exchange companies is required.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Fluent Arabic and English.
– Strong knowledge of operational procedures, compliance, and risk management.
2) Digital Services Manager
– Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in digital services, digital transformation, or technology projects within exchange companies is required.
– Experience managing digital platforms, integrations, and technology vendors.
– Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
– Good knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
3) IT & Projects Manager / Coordinator
– Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in IT and/or project coordination or management within exchange companies.
– Experience in managing IT projects, systems, vendors, and integrations.
– Good knowledge of project planning, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.

4) Marketing Specialist
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

– Good content creation and communication skills

5) HR & Training Manager
