Job Position – Head of Kindergarten

Hiring a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic to join our academic leadership team for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field
-B.Ed. is preferred
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kindergarten/Early Years education
-Previous leadership or coordination experience in a school setting
-CBSE school experience is preferred
-Strong knowledge of Early Years curriculum, assessment, and child development
-Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support teaching staff
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the Kindergarten department
-Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and teaching standards
-Mentor and support Kindergarten teachers
-Monitor student progress and learning outcomes
-Promote a safe, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment
-Coordinate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership
