Job Position – Health & Safety Officer

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar HSE role
Qualification: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), Degree/Diploma in HSE or Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HSE policies in line with UAE regulations
– Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
– Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
– Deliver safety trainings (emergency response, PPE, fire safety, first aid)
– Liaise with authorities (Civil Defense, DM, DMCA, OSHA, etc.)
– Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and promote a proactive safety culture
What We’re Looking For:
– Sound knowledge of UAE HSE laws and best practices
– Strong observation, reporting, and analytical skills
– Ability to act swiftly and efficiently in emergencies
– UAE driving license (preferred)
